We are fortunate to live in America – the greatest country in the world, and we Americans shouldn’t shy away from that. However, the radical Left’s constant call for socialist policies demonstrate that they are trying to deconstruct the very essence and tear apart the very fabric that makes America so great – the American Dream.
Our country was founded on the principles of freedom and liberty. America is a beacon of hope across the globe, this is because we’ve lived these values in our daily lives, we’ve enshrined them in our constitution, and we’ve defended these core values – at times with our nation’s sons and daughters paying the ultimate price. The American Dream has propelled generations of Americans forward, helped create some of the most successful companies in the world, and established that, in America, with hard work, and ingenuity, anything is possible.
Today, it is more important than ever that we continue working to preserve our American values – our Tennessee values. We cannot waiver — especially when the calls for socialism come from within our country. We must always fight for freedom and liberty to protect our American way of life.
