Bill Hagerty, a Republican candidate for U.S. Senate in Tennessee, announced that he will be hosting a telephone town hall Wednesday with Larry Kudlow, President Donald Trump’s director for the National Economic Council.

The announcement of the town hall comes amid ongoing negotiations between the White House and Democratic leadership over a stimulus package intended to provide economic relief during the coronavirus pandemic. The bill was blocked by Democrats in the Senate Sunday night.
